It made my trip to Arlington an excellent experience. The hotel was romantic, conveniently located and the staff was informative. I liked the room, which was beautiful and non-smoking. The location was historic, in the shopping area.

Best possible location, new building, we loved well-appointed rooms. Cute view, a pleasant balcony, soft bed, too. Adequate breakfast with plenty of cheap foods.

Hotel was very reasonably priced, I greatly enjoyed it. Staff was great, room was spotless, magnificent location. The bed was super comfortable, the room was such large. Located in a very quiet area, walking distance to many landmarks of Arlington.

The staff was polite and that's why we strongly recommend it. We enjoyed it, especially its location and views. The bathroom looks clean. Great bar on site.

I put in a reservation through Booked.net. The hotel manager said she did not receive it. I showed her the email confirmation. They made us wait a long while before they decided we could have the room for the rate that Booked.net gave us. I was a little surprised as I had the confirmation with me. What good is a confirmation if it is questioned and you have to wait after a long trip when all we wanted to do was rest for the night.

Hotel staff were just incedible
The restaurant's food (for breakfast) was horrible and expensive. We had a better and less expensive one at the Café Dupont (from the The Dupont Hotel)

I had requested in my reservation a room on a floor as high up as possible and away from the elevators. The first night I was put in a room just two floors above the lobby in a room just two doors down from the elevators. The room had a clanking pipe sound all night and I did not sleep well because of it. However, after informing the reception staff the next morning, Andrew was very apologetic, moved me to a much better room on the 14th floor away from the elevator and comped my parking. He couldn't have been more courteous and I had a great night's sleep the second night of my stay. I like most the hotel's modern aesthetic (I was pleasantly suprised because the outside of the hotel is nothing special). I also liked the gym.
My room the first night was noisy. It seemed like something was banging in the walls--like pipes or something.

Speed of the requested service. Very prompt in providing room service. Front dest very courteous.
Mirrors in the bedroom and living room suite will be helpful to save dressing time if another person occupies the bathroom. In other hotels this is not an issue as mirrors are all around.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. If you book ahead, very good value for the money, particularly for the close in location.
No free internet in the room, the exception for business hotels these days. Also, the "business center" had only one out of it's four computers working and the printer would not work because it was out of toner. I stayed for five days and this issue was not fixed. a business hotel that does not have internet access in the room needs to have an acceptable business center.
